Chris Hutter
Managing Partner
Chris currently serves as Managing Partner for Falcon. Chris has over two decades of experience in founding, acquiring, and managing businesses ranging from small scale startups to large sized companies across a variety of industries. Most recently, Chris served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Ascent Industries (NYSE: ACNT). Chris also co-founded UPG Enterprises LLC (“UPG”) in 2014, which resulted in an acquisition of 18 companies over a span of eight years. Chris currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Ascent and UPG. Chris’s primary responsibilities include managing Falcon’s investment portfolio and overseeing the firm’s investment strategy.

Gerry Kostelny
Gerry is one of the founding partners of Falcon Private Investments and is founder and CEO of InSite Real Estate LLC, a privately held developer and investor in commercial real estate across North America and Europe. Gerry has over four decades of experience as a CEO and founder and has successfully transacted on and developed assets worth over $1bn. Gerry currently serves on the Board of Directors for Union Partners Group, LLC.
Ben Rozenweig
Ben currently Serves as Partner for Privet Fund Management LLC, a hedge fund focused on investing in small-cap companies that are undervalued compared to their privately held peers. Alongside his role at Falcon, Ben also currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Ascent Industries, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Hardinge, Inc. and PFSweb, Inc. Previously he served as a member of the Board of Directors of Bed Bath & Beyond, Potbelly Corp., Cicero, Inc., Realm Wireless Corporation (n/k/a BK Technologies Corporation), and Startek, Inc.
Mike Molenda
Mike currently serves as Vice President of Capital Markets and Business Development at Union Partners Group, LLC and is a part of the investment committee of Falcon. Mike has over three decades of experience in banking and has deployed over $3bn in capital towards financing acquisitions, lines of credit, and private debt placement. Mike has a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
